I have an extension x443 T7316E that if you call it internally it rings and the user can answer calls. If someone calls their office number it hits the AA. If you dial 443 it does not ring and goes directly to their vmail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the support!

-Only 443 has the issue?
-Did you verify the set is actually 443?
-Is the mailbox number 443 and associated with Ext:443?
-Have you rebooted the voice mail?

What model and software version is the voice mail?
Is it fully compatible with the KSU?

Please make sure you close out threads with a resolution, too many posts have left responders hanging.
Thanks

I had my customers mixed up and was not on site so hre is the info:
BCM 450 R1 (They will not be upgrading they are replacing early 2019)
Only 443 has the issue and yes mbox 443 is Ext 443. My tech was on site I had him delete the mbox. Calls from AA get 'Invalid extension' prompt.
He rebuilt mbox and now it is exhibiting original issue. Changed the phone to another digital port no change.

Even though you deleted the mailbox it should have still rang 443.
Sets do not have to have a mailbox to except a call from AA.

So Callpilot/AA is confused or Telephony is telling CP that 443 does not exist.

-In Table/X try disabling DN Dialing, then Re-enable it
Test

-Delete mailbox
-Reboot BCM
-Test call from AA to 443, should ring.
-Create new mailbox, should ring then dump to MB

And if it does not work then maybe CP corruption.

When all else fails (wait for more replies first)...

Restore from a backup or wipe it out and re-program.

-Backup the BCM's Callpilot section to a location

Via Admin/Backup&Restore:
Option 1
Restore from backup
-Restore from: choose from the drop down where the backup is located
-Click Restore then OK
-Uncheck every option except for Callpilot Configuration
-Proceed with Restore
-If an old backup then re-program any missing items such as greetings or mailboxes.

Option 2
Restore from Factory Default
-Restore from: choose from drop "Factory Default"
-Click Restore then OK
-Uncheck every option except for Callpilot Configuration
-Proceed with Restore
-Re-program everything
