We have 3 Mitel 4150 phones in the frontdesk. We use Sx-200. We set that if no answer, forwarding to voice box.
One question I'm not sure is that what will happened for the ring when 3 phones are all busy and there are more incoming calls. Here is options:
1) More incoming calls will keep ring the phone in order that frontdesk can hear till frontdesk put it onto LDN.
2) More incoming calls will ring a while that frontdesk can hear, then forwarded to voice box and no ring but flashing.
3) More incoming call won't ring, but make flashing on the phone in order that frontdesk can hear.
4) Above options are all possible if make a suitable setting. If so, please tell me how to make the settings. I prefer to set it as option 1.
