9641g Phones don't show incoming calls while in use 2

Just installed a new IP 500 system with brand new 9641g phones. Everything is working great, except when you are using the phone. If you are on a call, incoming calls do not appear on the display. Is this a feature of the phone I need to enable? I'm used to working with the old 5610 models.
 
Features > Call Settings > Auto Display Waiting Call > Change (set to ON) > Save > Exit
 
I made that change in the settings and verified that it is ON, but incoming calls still do not show up when you are on the phone. Is there something I am missing?
 
3 intercom appearances as second call comes in on the 2nd appearance.3rd one for transfer call.
or
2 intercom appearances with Reserve last CA turned off so as the call can come in on the 2nd appearance button.
 
Call Appearance, and Reserve Last CA should always be on or you can't transfer a call while the second is ringing.

Tried both suggestions by snowman50 and janni78, but incoming calls are still not showing up when you are on a call. I have the same functionality set up on other Office systems using 5610 phones, so I assume it has to be something either with the phone or with IPO 9.1.
 
Sorry everyone, it was my bad. I had the hunt group set as Collective Call Waiting.
