9640 - soft keys disappears during 2nd call

I ntoiced this happen where if a caller is on a phone when the 2nd call comes in the soft keys that normally would allow you to be able to place the original call on hold are blank. Forcing you to either let the call go to vm or hangup on the original call.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Arrow down twice, you will see the Hold Softkey. Stupid, but true.

thanks so it's there it's just not on the page. shouldn't it always be there. Why is it not sometimes?
