I have a customer who uses 9620 phones - he has one user who makes many outgoing calls a day. He's asking if there is a way to export the call logs from this one phone to a file - obviously he doesn't want to go to the expense of a full-blown CDR install. I don't have a 9620 to play with - mine is a 4621 so I don't know how many calls the 9620 log will hold. Thanks!

Assuming configured correctly, the call logs are part of the backup file on the http server.

you can also affect this setting in the 46xx settings file look for call log and you will find it.

Thanks gweb and monty - I'll pass this to the customer - he's a network guy so he should be able to locate the files.
