I am about to deply about 300 of the 96XX's. We have a couple that we are using to have made our choice of which ones to go with system wide. I am now having an issue with no call log if called and it goes to VM. Not even in the Missed Calls. We have no issue with the 46xx's but now with a new phone and specific modifications made with the settings file, we cannot deply until this is fixed as it is widely used.

Anyone having this issue or has resolved it on their platform?

Thanks and I appreciate the help!

search the 46xxsettingsfile for logunseen

There is enough information in there for you to fix your issue

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Here is what I found in my settings file. Do I now just simply remove the ## to enable SET LOGUNSEEN 1? Does that sound correct to you Matt?

> Solution:
> If the client wishes to log all calls as done prior to 96XX 3.0, the option on the settings file for LOGUNSEEN needs to be changed to1.
> If the client does not wish the forwarded, or covered calls to show in the call log, then the option in the settings file for LOGUNSEEN should be left at 0 (default).

> LOGUNSEEN specifies whether incoming calls that did not cause alerting
> will be logged ## as missed calls (e.g., calls that are forwarded because the phone is busy).
> ## Value Operation
> ## 0 Unseen calls will not be logged (default)
> ## 1 Unseen calls will be logged
> ## This parameter is supported by:
> ## 96x1 H.323 R6.0 and later
> ## 96x0 H.323 R3.0 and later
> ## SET LOGUNSEEN 1
