I am trying to change the 9611 screen saver time out but I can't locate the 46xxx settings file in my embedded file manager 9.1.

it is auto created if you cannot find it.
Retrieve it via the IP address/46xxsettings.txt and copy the text then save it into a .txt file and make your changes.
then upload it to the system

Make only the required changes and place in a 46xxspecials.txt. You never want to replace the auto-generated 46xxsettings.txt.
