9610 Handest Issue

Got an issue with a 9610 handset. Not seeing the number dialled or the number coming in on the screen. Phone has been unplugged and replugged back in numerous times. Still the same.

Try to find out the firmware. So I press contacts twice then craft. Nothing.

There really is very limited information out there about this very limited phone.

Any help on how to find out the firmware or what the issue maybe

You should be able to view the firmware version from the "list registered" command in ASA. When did you type in "craft" at startup?

list registered shows the latest firmware on the latest version of CM.
