9608 VPN disabled after reboot

I've got a 9608 set running via VPN to a Netgear FVS336Gv2 dual-WAN firewall at the host site.
The phone works fine but, following a power outage, the VPN is disabled and has to be enabled.
Any ideas about why that's the case and how it can be corrected?

If the psychic friends network was really any good, wouldn't they be calling us?

Ask the people who set up the VPN

I doubt that this is a VPN setup issue, other phones don't have this issue and they are all built the same.
Anyone have any suggestions?

What version of firmware are you running on the 9608? There have been VPN-related fixes in various releases.
