Feb 28, 2012 #1 VoIPP MIS Jan 28, 2009 555 US I installed some 9608 phones last year before they stopped selling them. Luckily they had few problems. The IPO is on R6.1. What version of firmware should I upgrade to phones to? Am I going to have move the whole thing to 8.0 to get a stable system? Thanks.

Aug 2, 2012 #42 jiggarz MIS May 21, 2012 3 CA I was able to downgrade the affected phones back to the firmware that came with 8.0(18) and got the VPN option back. We've actually been using the VPN option on the 9608s for a while now. Have had minor issues but nothing major. In what way are the 9620s better? Upvote 0 Downvote
