9.1 upgrade issue with 5410 sets

I recently upgraded a system to 9.1.5 and now the 5410 and 5420 transfer and conference buttons don't work.
The phones upgraded to 6.0
Anyone come across this and resolve it?

I am about to upgrade a v5 site from a V1 to V2 chassis and will install it on 9.1, so I would be very interested to hear the outcome of this issue!

I know this is a long shot but do you have the ALLOW_5410_UPGRADES in the source number for the no user tab
