8x24 Shuts down once a week

I have a customer with an 8x24 that I have already replaced the KSU for, but not the Centrex + software, does anyone think it could be the software or something else? The system is on battery back-up as well.

If you are losing programming, then the battery back up is no good.
Also you are losing power to the system, i would check to see if the power source (UPS) is good.

by shuts down do you mean it resets and comes back up ready for use? or it shuts down until you do some physical task to bring it up?

It shuts down and reboots itself and comes back up with all of it's programming all by itself when if feels like it, there is no specified time when it happens.

first I would suggest that you get a power analyzer/recorder and see if your UPS is dropping voltage to you.
