8x16 combo

A BCM50 2.0.04 is unable to configure(not seen in the drop down menu) the 8x16 combo module and another BCM50 2.2.05e that can. Is there a specific patch should be installed to fix this? I cannot find any reference to this issue in the readme files of 2.0 patches. The BCM was upgraded from a 1.0 to the 2.0.04 level. Thanks any help.

Apply the latest SU System and SU Desktop to start.
Your best bet would be to apply all of the latest patches.

Agreed, thanks "Dude"! I guess I was just curious about the readme information relating to the problem. Maybe I missed it.

I just had a couple of minutes to check out the readme.
I seen this issue covered in the SU Desktop...
Software Update BCM050.R200.117-OAM Description:
-----------------------------------------------

- No data is showing for ADID module in Telephony Resource
DID related data is not displayed in
configuration->Resources->Telephony Resources.
In MBMOD.vml, a DID parameter has been added to solve this issue.

I figure it was probably in an earlier release of OAM patch, or in another SU Desktop.
