I have four 800 GL-ID cards in my switch. I wanted to know if I can just connect this with regular anolog line and use them as CO line?

These will accomodate Loop Start or Ground start lines.

Go for it!

Ans not only that, caller ID will work on those lines too, since it is an ID card.

What i am tring to do is set two faxes machines that I have on POT lines to work together. Right now there is one out going and one incoming. Well the incoming is recieving to many faxes so I want to them up when one is busy the job will go the other. But I still want to keep the original incoming fax number

What are the PHONE NUMBERS that are routed to the FAX MACHINE?

(w/o area codes!)

To keep the original number, you will have to set up hunting on them from Telco.

PepperZ is right, you will need to get line hunting set up from the telco. Have both of the lines placed in the hunt group.
