Little stuumped with this issue,. one of our agents can hear her own voice in the earpiece of the headset,. I have tried it myself and indeed its quite offputting.
Tried a new smart cable and new headset - same issue (headsets and cable work fine on other phones)
Removed the old phone rom the CM and configured a new one - same issue,.
I have compared phone and line settings with other phones on our CM,. cannot see anything different.
Any suggestions pls?,. my knowledge at the moment is limited as the system has only been in for a couple of months,.. I am still finding my way around.
