I just put together a new computer with a core2duo, 2gig ram, 500gig hdd, dvd burner etc. and I just put in the last component - a 7600GT, plugged in the monitor and turned it on to set-up the BIOS and then install SuSE and WinXP. On the monitor it reads: "NO VIDEO INPUT". I have no idea what is wrong. When I unplug the monitor it reads "CHECK CONNECTION" and then I plug it back in and it changes to read "NO VIDEO INPUT". My first thought was that the graphics card wasnt seated properly, so I checked that. Next I thought maybe not enough power is getting ot the graphics card, so I unplugged the hdd, DVD drive and the front fan and I still got that message. I've tried it with two different monitors and it's the same on both.
Anyone have any ideas?
