Hi everyone. I am having trouble making a cordless 7449 (DMC320 connected to BCM400)access the second line. The DN should access 2 lines. The problem is when the first is taken, it cannot grab the second. BCM configuration is OK as I said but the weird thing is that the DN on BCM400 is set to Ring only and I could not change it.

Dumb question......do you have the wireless DN set up for 2 intercoms?
I'm not sure what you mean by "The DN should access 2 lines" though. Are you referring to internal extensions or external lines? Are you using analog or digital trunks?
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get a better understanding of what's happening.
