What do you think of the new features listed so far, what you expected? Overwhelmed?, Underwhelmed?, or just Whelmed?

It wasn't about new features really, just Nortel integration, but going back to the old way of licencing soft condole is good but not really "new" :)

I like the sip stuff.
Embedded outcalling is nice.
The 1XP and CCR changes are nice.
The new phones are nice.

It is not just only Nortel integration.

But now i am waiting for 8.0 :)

Yes. R8 looks to be great.

But it has to be. If it is not, we may have people jumping ship.

The dropping of R5 support will annoy many though :)

I think bas and I are close to Avaya centers. I'm only about 15 minutes away myself. It helps to be very actively involved with the EI program.

So being 200 miles from Guildford won't help matters then!!!!

I see 64xx Phones are not supported on R7.0

Are they blocked out, or just no longer supported?
I have quite a few of them, including a rare lucent 6408D in red when they first came out, but then Avaya decided to make them mostly in grey, some white.
I always figued they would un support the 44xx first.
