6869i firmware upgrade 1

Hey Mitel Aastra fans,

I have a 6869i SIP set with a manufacture date of 2014. I am trying to upgrade the firmware using a TFTP server and keep receiving the following error message:

"File is too big, try increasing block size."

The oldest firmware on Mitel's website is dated 2016, so maybe I need something older to jump to phone?

Any advice?

Sounds like a TFTP issue rather than a versioning problem.

What are you using as a TFTP server?

I am using Pumpkin TFTP. Do you have another one you'd recommend that I should try out? I have successfully upgraded Nortel IP phones using Pumpkin, but maybe Aastra sets are a little different. Thank you.
