6100 Series Portable Phones/Intergration

We have a CS1K succession 6.0 and we would like to get new portable phones that will intergrate with our new Hill-Rom Call Bell System. Right now, the 8400 series will not work with our current release and we were told that phone can be intergrated. Our vendors, presently, are not sure of the intergation compabilities of the 6100 series phone.

What are other organizations doing to accomadate this? Or is that even an option people are considering.

Is anyone using the Cisco 7925 series phones?

We have a Hill rom nurse call system and haven't integrated wireless handsets because of Hill-Rom's stance on middleware. They are NOT open to using any middleware vendor you the customer prefer. The only middleware they will allow are those that they Hil Rom sell.
