Hi Guy's,

Any body seen the problem on both 6.1 versions of CCR.

We have found that our in office wallboards and several clients, the wallboards when on 0 they flicker between 0 and 9. any body else seen this or found a fix.???

But i must confess that i did not use a wallboard lately.

I isntalled one last week that is doing exactly that.

I have even taken video of it on my phone but have not yet passed it back to Avaya

I will post back here when I have any info

tlpeter i dont think they are going to want to have to buy another upgrade licence just yet. they were reluctant enough pay for the first one.

But it then will be fixed in a next maintenance release.

Its not what we or the customer consider mission critical so time is not an issue at present & we have only just upgraded them to V6.1!

It has now been raised with Scansource to apss on to Avaya so watch this space

It can be Q2 or Q3 or even Q4
You never know if they can fix it soon enough.

There is a CCR version 7.0? Also is there a maintenance release that is free for CCR version 6.1?
 
We have 4 wallboard setups and a couple of them are displaying negative 1 for available agents. So when there is zero available agents it displays -1. When there are 1 agents available it displays 0. I have also witnessed this strange 0 -9 fluctuation/flickr. It seems like a bug/calibration issue.

We were contemplating upgrading Ipoffice to 6.1 to hopefully re mediate this problem.
 
Ifutant, there is no 7.0 yet.
It is still in trial but it should come soon.

I have found a resolve for my customer......

They had been playing around with huntgroups to much so when they took all the agents out and added them back in, it reset the stats taking away the negative in the available agent Queue.

No "-1 ect" no flicker.

so not sure how you guys can sort yours but this sorted it for our customer.

There sometimes some issues with groups and members with CCR.
Deleting and recreating works all the time.

Maccabee333, when you speak of roll back you imply that removing those agents from the hunt group and adding them back didn't fix this problem flickr/negative agents available problem? (and thank you also)
 
Ifutant, It did and it didnt! it did for about 4 hours and then stopped after the agents had changed groups and become ready then busy a few times.

Im having to put them back to 6 as the customer is rather annoyed.

That on its own has caused its own problems as upgrading as changed the data base so the customer is going to lose days of data as we have to restore the data base to befor the upgrade.

The V6 install wont work untill iv removed 6.1 then restored the DB from before the upgrade.

BALLS !!!!
