6.1 CCR

Hi Guy's,

Any body seen the problem on both 6.1 versions of CCR.

We have found that our in office wallboards and several clients, the wallboards when on 0 they flicker between 0 and 9. any body else seen this or found a fix.???

Maccabee, Well I surely shall give it a try. Our agents don't hop around in respect to hunt groups, so I hope this resolves our issue. Good luck with your rollback, I just hope we don't have to resort to that. Our rep even said that upgrading the Ipoffice may re mediate this problem. I didn't see any documentation in regards to a service update or known bug issue in regards to this negative agent available; thus, I'm a bit skeptical updating Ipoffice since it may not be the problem.

The negative agents thing seem to be a problem and somebody put on the R7 trial site. We have on one of our big sites and I believe Avaya are still trying to find out what is going on.

If anyone gets anymore info, please share.

Still waiting for feed back but this issue should now have been raised with avaya

wouldnt a quick solution be to remove the availabale agents box from the wallboard

A roll back to V6 just for a flickering display seems a bit extream to me.

cant they have to have that in the wallboards.

I know its extream but they are insisting we do it. Not as easy as i had hoped though as 6.1 has changed the sql data base
