Hi,
We have a 5602 plugged in as an IP phone to display to customers in our office. I've been given 4 x 5620 phones to test. I've literally unplugged the 5602 and plugged the 5620 in and followed exactly the same settings. The phone will boot up and i can make and recieve calls fine but there is no display at all on the screen, it's just completely blacked out and also after about 15 seconds the handset reboots?
This happens with 3 of them. The 4th tells me that there is a DHCP conflict and will not go any further even though the settings are all the same?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
RB
EDIT: I've just noticed. The phones are 5620SW but when I log onto the 500 it's telling me that they are 4620's? Wrong configuration file it's picking up by any chance?
