5610sw in IPO server Rls 11.1

Is there anybody that have experience with Avaya 5610sw anger 4610sw on IP Office 11.1. The phones start up fine and asks for extensions and password. And when entered the phones keeps rebooting ☹

I have a feeling the 56XX and 54XX are not supported/compatible with R11 - I thought I read it somewhere but I could be wrong :)

Yes, I can see that both 4610sw and 5610sw are not supported. But the 4610sw phones are connecting fine. But the old 5610sw phones keeps rebooting :-( The customer probably needs to buy 50 new phones [dazed]
 
Avaya had them work for years and told people that they are not supported. Now they might have put a stop to it.

I guess they need money :) Nothing you can do except if you find a way to make them work with some backdoor and then of course tell us all about it

Got the phones to work [bigsmile] If i do a factory reset on the phones they will never start correctly on 11.1. But if I boot the phones up on a older Ip Office and then just change the server address, they will connect fine and I can make calls [glasses]. But I have told the customer that they need to find some money for new phones or consider IX workplace
