I have a site that received new 5330 IP sets but was unable to register them, showing L2 DL Error. Upon investigating I found this was due to the software level in the PBX, so the PBX was upgraded to 5.0.2.14. Once the upgrade was complete and PBX restarted the 5330 sets registered successfully but the 5540 IP console lost registration and I have been unable to get it back into service. Has anyone run into this before?
