5400 series telephones = where to find replacement desk stands ?

hello, I have an IP Office customer who is using 5400-series telephones. He has a maintenance contract with Avaya but uses us for moves/adds/changes. He sent in (3) 5410 sets for replacement and when he did he included the desk stands that came with the phones.

Well, when he received the three replacement phones from Avaya, he did not get any desk stands back. He called Avaya and they told him he should have kept the stands and that there was no way for them to track down what happened to his. They told him to call his BP (us) and we could "try to order them".

I don't remember these desk stands ever be an orderable part on their own. Does anybody know where we can get 3 of them ?

I get them from a company called Refurb Supplies.

Well, unfortunately the item that refurb supplies sell are just the plastic wedge pieces and not the plastic adjustable desk stand pieces. Any other ideas ? I only need 3.

On the Refurb Supplies site look for part # STAND 30911. I think that is what you are looking for. It says that it will fit the 2410 and 4610 but it is the same on the 5410 and 5610.

They are not the same base. Have you tried to take the base off of any IP phone and put it on a digital set... It won't work.

Did you read my post? I have as many as you need for free. Post your email in long hand and I will send them to you. We don't deploy them to several of our clients due to time issues and space, so we have a ton that I just can't seem to throw out.
