Hi folks. I've noticed lately on the last few installs I've done that the BM12 modules are not booting correctly on the 9508 sets.
The last install (R8.0.42) I did I had to fire up the phone and then connect the modules one at a time to get the labels to display. That set had a 9508 with a two modules. The install I'm working on now (R8.0.42 as well) has a 9508 with three modules, and I can't seem to get them to fire up even with the one at a time trick. The modules all light up, but they act weird. I once had them all light up as 3 copies of module 1, I've had the 3rd module show the proper status on the lights but with no labels, I've had the module light up with names and button status but not allow you to press any buttons, pressing the admin button on that module will open up the button programming but not show the 3rd button existing.
Luckily my sales rep sold a receptionist license and my user is doing OK with that, but they need the modules to work for when there is a different user covering the front desk during lunch etc.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks,
