5.0 No name display on m2250 2

I recently upgraded Chicago Cubs spring training stadium to 5.0 Succession. The operators console does not get name display OR even the dn from internal calls, and she is also not getting trk group access id + trk member on incoming calls. The M2250 rings/buzz just like normal. Outgoing calls (LPK + Dn) do show called party name and DN. Any takers on this one?

I have it as a .txt file (notepad) on desktop. But when I rightclick copy I can't paste in the message. What do I need to do? Thx

what you have to ,just change XTG in OPT to IDP (Include Digit Display).

And let me add that IDP can change to XDP if a tech inadvertently types the word "YES" at any OPT prompt in LD15

Mnemonics 101: Look at the letters/digits on your phone dial

Notice that XDP and YES equal each other if you note the format of a touch tone dial - that was the original basis for SL1 mnemonics.
