Let me guess, you've made a change to the file and its not working. Now you want somebody to say they've used a specials file with Workplace, at which point you'll ask your actual question. So save time by telling us from the start what you're trying to do, what you've done to try and do that, what happened, what version of IP Office, what version of Workplace, etc, etc.
