4624 IP Phones will not load on Office 5.0

I have several new (old stock) 4624 IP phones. I have set up one of the phones which attempts to load but will get to loading and save b20d01a2_3bin then restart. Then will start all over again. After several loads it will display File Transfer Failed.
Last two lines in the TFTP log

I have IP Office 500 R5
I have Manager running on a Windows 7 PC
Two IP 4621SW phone connected to the system work fine. Thanks for any help.

Series I 46xx Phones have not been suported since R4. Out of curiousity I dug 1 out of My closet ( IP4624-D02 ), to My surprise it upgraded Phone, reflashed memory, and as been working since the last hour. Im on R5, so it should work, just not suported.

Never Mind. I put 4612s on and they upgraded. They work great.

What hardware do you have that is mac address 00b0d0c2d8a0 and has an ip address of 0.0.0.0?

It's people like you who generalize.

I loaded Manager on another PC with XP and the phones loaded properly. I will reinstall Manager on the windows 7 PC and try it again as the file server.
