Dear All,
I currently have an issue:
1. 4610 connected over a VPN from a remote site, in the Us with <70ms ping times.
2. The phone connects to IP Office fine and works as a normal handset should.
3. The speaker, when used, is always muted. The light on the phone shows this, but it cannot be turned off. Consequently, the phone cannot be used handsfree.
Has anyone seen this before, and more importantly, have they fixed it!
