4602SWIP does not initilize

On a Definity 8300 when I plug in any 4602ip phone, it just shows on display "loading" every 10 seconds. When I plug in a 4610 ip phone in the same jack it initilizes fine. Both phones are programmed in the Definity but only the 4602ip phones have the problem.

Any ideas?

I had suchlike problem couple weeks ago. So i send the phone to reclamation. They returned me a new phone and everything is OK.
