450 Host down

Hi everyone,

On the groupwise internet agent I receive the following error constantly, byt everything is working just fine.

This is the error:

Detected error on SMTP command
Command: xxxxxxxxxxxxx.com (zone file name)
450 Host down (xxxxxxxxxxxxx.com )

Any idea what is going on?

I am getting the same problem. No one can send out messages but we are receiving them. Nothing has changed on our end either. It was working fine a week ago.

Your problem is very simillar, but not the same. My e-mails are going out and comming in with no problems, but the log is showing above error.

I have this same error on Groupwise 6... I saw this start up once we nat'd the inside ip scheme out to our isp... I am not having any mail issues other than the fact I cannot send email using the groupwise client to other people in our company using the full email address: user@domain.com

Has anyone tried to cap some packets from the GWIA interface?
