Peter

use uniform dial plan first then send to ars

ACSS (UC/SBCE/SM/SME)

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.

what's with the 11 it should be 3 3 delete 3 insert number, Also conversion needs to be yes

yes i change udp
will not let me use min and max at 3 need to put 11 there i believe
Peter

no it needs to be ars and it will let you program as 3 as I just did it here in our shop

make an entry in ars for 411 treat it like a 911 call then ars digit conversion will work the way I told you to set it up

It is ars analysis
411 min3 max3 p10 svcl n
Peter

I don't know why it will not take 3 as I just did it on our pbx and it worked fine

It has the threes in all ready route pat is p10
Peter

and you are deleting 3 and set to ars with conversion set to yes?

please post a screen shot of how you have it programmed now

sorry it so long to get back
had to call contractor [sucks] but they figured it
we have individual port network not system
he change digit conversion locations
have not had time to check all buildings
seems to work fine
