I have embedded VM and am trying to get the day/evening greetings for an auto attendant to work. During the day it would play the day then the menu recording like it should but during the afterhours time profile it would just play the menu recording instead of the evening recording then the menu.

I tried to make separate day and night auto attendants and sort calls in the incoming call route with the time profiles but the same thing happens. The day works fine but after hours the call goes to the default.

My afterhours time profile that is being ignored is 5pm to 8am m-f and 12am-1159pm sat-sun.

Have you made the timeprofile like this

12.00am-08.00am monday-friday
05.00pm-11.59pm monday-friday
12.00am-11.59pm saturday-sunday

I can't have an entry that doesn't end the same day it begins. At least it was like that before if I remeber it correctly =)
