We have connected CISCO CM and out Nortel 11C with T1 CAS. Point to point calls and ad-hoc calling is working fine betwenn the systems.
We installed 3rd party software to do "blast out" conference calling.
This permits conference calls to be initiated from a 7960 quick dial key for 12 or so conferencees.
All phones (combo of Nortel 2611 and CISCO 7960 sets) ring.
The problem is we cannot hear or talk on the Nortel sets.
When initiating the conference call via the 3rd party from the Nortel side only the initiating 2616 is fully operational with the 7960s. All other Nortels ring but are inop. Any ideas out there for us to try?
