3rd party conference software

We have connected CISCO CM and out Nortel 11C with T1 CAS. Point to point calls and ad-hoc calling is working fine betwenn the systems.
We installed 3rd party software to do "blast out" conference calling.
This permits conference calls to be initiated from a 7960 quick dial key for 12 or so conferencees.
All phones (combo of Nortel 2611 and CISCO 7960 sets) ring.
The problem is we cannot hear or talk on the Nortel sets.
When initiating the conference call via the 3rd party from the Nortel side only the initiating 2616 is fully operational with the 7960s. All other Nortels ring but are inop. Any ideas out there for us to try?

An addition to above. The 3rd party software rings all phones 6 times. The Nortel 2616 phones when answered on one of the first rings will disconnect after the time it takes to completed the 6-ring cycle. During this time the phone is inop (talk/listen).

I realize the importance of a product name; but I don't think providing it is a good idea at this point.
It is a great piece of software; at this time all we are interested in is using it as an automated speed dialer.
The install is fairly quick and easy; no prompts for any
"telephone" type of information. Some on the team claim the trouble is on the CISCO side, others think something is missing on the Nortel. No votes for the 3rd party
