3com corebuilder password problem

Is there a way to disable the passwords
in the corebuilder 7000 ?
There are several jumpers on the 7002 board
The default passwords are not working.

Try tech/tech it may be that the previous owners did not reset this password but left it as default the same goes for debug/synnet

Search at the 3com Website for "3c37000" and download the firmware update to version 4.10 (or higher). Unzip the files and look for a dos batch file fls_util.bat.
Connect a PC's serial port to the service port (19k2 bit/s),
press CTRL-U a few times (Capital!), shutdown your terminal program. Start the batch, after the established connection to the Corebuilder there is a menue item "reset configuration" or similar.
