First my apologies if this has already been covered, but I'm still a little too new to this to have found it yet.

I'm trying to setup a dn in 2 separate offices (2 tn's) and would like to have the message waiting light show in both places. Right now it is only showing up in 1 place (of course where the person is not going to be 80% of the time).
We are an Option 11c (using CS1000 Telephony Manager)/Call Pilot shop

I have separate dn that I have setup on 2 3903's that are identical to each other (other than the tn) and they work fine. I tried to do the same with this one and I have not been able to get it to light as desired.

The 2 config are as shown below:

Any assistance on how to do this simple setup is appreciated. Thanks

The dn I am working with is 68980, the call pilot message number is 68800 (She is an ACD at her prime desk, but it does not necessarily have to be that way at the other desk).

We have a CS1000E on Rls 5 with a similar issue. I had to put a single DN on each phone, and add that DN to the mailbox as a MWI DN. Then it would light the phone.

I know it's a band-aid, but I haven't found any other way that works yet.

The XWMK key only lights the key, not the light on the phone. When I used it, the end user complained that it's difficult to see, and must on keys 0 - 5 to be seen, or they have to hit the shift key to check it. On the ACD phones we have, keys 0-5 are used by NRD, MSB, ACD DN, DN, DN, and OBV (not in that order).

Thanks for the replies.

If have added the xmwk and that part is working for now.

I tried to do the lmpx, but even though it takes it does not reflect it when i do a ld 11 and prt the contents of the tn.

we are on tm1000 3.1 (a relatively new install) and from a few hists that i found in the forum i may need a patch of some kind to get that turned on. I did try to build a new template with it already in there, but even then the config only showed as lmpn.

thanks again for the help.

What version of Call Pilot do you have? In CP 5.0 there is the ability to have multiple MWI DNs.
