3904 ACD sets don't get call timer

Is there a way to get call timer to work when a call is placed on the DN of an ACD set? We have several 3904 sets programmed as ACD sets and aquired by Symposium. When they make a call on thier DN key, key 1, the call timer does not turn on.

I believe you will find that the timer is only associated with the PDN, key 0.
