I have been asked to look into connecting a 3300 to a Cisco UC500. I am thinking of using Qsig but my research is not going well!

Has anyone here had any experience in this or can anyone point me in the right direction

SIP trunks would be easier if your not familiar with Cisco CLI as you may inadvertently break CCA.

Knowledge is power, thats why we share!

TLAs?

I'm a CCNA so the CLI isn't a stranger to me (assuming that is what you meant). How does SIP compare for feature transparancy? I may even consider DPNSS if that is more suitable (Does the Mitel do DPNSS)!

Mitel does DPNSS.

Not familar with the Cisco UC500 but options are usually PRI, QSig or SIP trunks to connect Cisco gear to a Mitel.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
