I have inherited a Mitel phone system, rather than tear it out right now I wanted to utilize it. I need to get service turned up in the meantime of figuring this thing out. My question is can I use a PRI or do I need special hardware, and do I need a seperate internet connection as well or could I use a partial PRI?

For info I have tried the password recovery outlined in other posts and it works a treat. A colleague also told me that that there is an SDS account that is usually left at default. I have tried that and it also works a treat.

yeah forgot about the sds account. this only available on release 6 or later though.
maybe worth a shot
