3300 ICP Cannot perform synchronization, no media servers loaded

I am seeing this error in the Contact Center Management=> Tools=> Administrative Reports.
Warnings:
Media server 1 skipped - Unable to connect to the remote server.
Errors:
3300ICP Synchronization and Validation did not complete due to the following reason(s):
Cannot perform synchronization, no media servers loaded.
This has been happening for a month, not sure if it is important or not. Very new to Mitel system.
 
Afraid to say the list of things that can cause this are long.
What versions/systems are you using, Was anything changed or upgraded since it failed.
Have any windows updates been applied.
There is a log file for the sync, this might tell you more info.

Contact Center Management = Enterprise Edition Ver. 5.3 SP1
3300 ICP = Active Software Version: 8.0.9.20

You need to check your enterprise log file in the logs folder in CCM on the server for relevant info after your sync.

As already stated there are many things that could go wrong.

Your running old SW, do you not have SW Assurance? Your support will be limited without it.
 
As I look at the logs it appears the error has been happening since long before I inherited taking care of it. I was able to solve a different issue that lead me to this error so I think I'll leave it alone for now. I only need to keep this system going for a little while until it is replaced. That's why we have no AW Assurance on it. Thanks!
