Hi there,

another query for the group, to see if anyone can help me.

We have a site, which has reported, that when they answer an incoming call (BT ISDN30/PRI in the UK), the caller, doesn't hear/misses the beginning of their greeting.

When this site first reported it, they were using SIP and cordless handset on 5340, but now it has been noticed on cabled 5340 handset on ISDN.

I have had the same think remarked to me (by one person), when I answer calls on a different Mitel using ISDN2.

Any ideas on anything I should be tweaking?

This is on 3300 running 8.0.7.16_2

Using Euro ISDN, no relevant alarms/errors.

Thanks, Neil.
