Hey Guys,

As stated before, I am not overly familiar with the mitel platform. I have done the certification and passed so have access to the portal, but real world experience is lacking.

As a result, I have gotten my hands on a 3300 cx ii, unfortunately, the Hard Drive that was in the system was removed for data security, so I am now left with a 3300 that I need to learn to build the ISO etc from scratch. I have a SSD installed in the unit, but where do I go from here?

Ive been perusing the internet and cant find a definitive guide on how to do this. Just wondering if anyone has a link to a guide, any pointers for me so that I can figure this out.

If you have access to the portal, download the MiVoice Business Technician's Handbook from the Doc Center section of the portal. The 10.1 SP1 version of this document was published in July of this year. Go to section 6 to review instructions for Software Installation. Specifically look at page 145 to the manual process.

Thankyou Hemonious, this is exactly what I was looking for. Never knew there was a technicians handbook, and couldnt find a I&A Manual like NEC call it, or installation manual like ipecs calls it, or installation handbook like toshiba call it. LOL

If you have access download the system software and the Techncian's Handbook for 3300 Cx
