3300 can't export on 4.0 and up

You need to tell us how it is failing.

What happens?

Just tried it on a system, worked fine. From the help, make sure that you have your IE security options correct:

Note: You may need to change the security settings in Internet Explorer to allow the export file to download. If you get the message "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options" follow these instructions:

Click Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted sites > Sites.

Enter the 3300 IP address as: Address>

Click Add

Click Close.

Click Custom level... and enable the following options:

ActiveX controls and plug-ins > Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls

Downloads > Automatic prompting for file downloads

Click OK, and then OK again to save the changes.

Exit Internet Explorer, and then restart it.

I did try what you mentioned and what happens it appears to start for a moment then, the screen flashes and reloads the page i was trying to export. Never get the option to save to a file.

O one other thing, I am doing this remotely not locally. Im logged in via dial-up to a remote access device then logged in via ESM to export. Worked before on the older releases.

Well, I think you need to isolate the issue a little more then.

Can the export be done to a local machine. If so, the issue is with the setup of your Dial Up regardless of whether it worked before or not.
