The only "Free" documents are the help files built into the system.
Even if you are a Mitel Authorised Dealer, you must pay for training.

There are some detailed help guides contained withing the help/documentation of the 6110.
There is also a mitel YouTube channel which ive found quite useful on occasion.
Only other hope really ( without a cost) is that if you have a 3rd party engineering company that work on your site and get pally with them and hope they give you access to some of their docs.
