1. I have Computer-A running win xp pro, since long time and now its real slow due to so many programme installed. i just want to format HD and clean install, is any way to prevent Activation procedure because i do not have internet connection on that computer. Hardware is same no change at all and XP is genuine License is on my name.

2. On computer B, same XP Pro, before are right after user login some time coputer freez, Nothing in event but very few time message is
Event ID: 107 Source = nv Silent Running: Rising temprature caused new fan speed = L1 -> L0

mostly MB temp is arround 40 to 43 and CPU from 37 to 46

This computer has 3 GB RAM, 250 GB HDD, 3.0 GHz P4, SP2 Up to date updates.

3. Same computer B, there is always Language Bar ? sign at right bottom, every time i unchecked but when ever i restart computer it come back. I am Admin user.

 
If you contact Microsoft Support and explain that you have no Internet they will Activate it over the phone for you.

Double-click Regional and Language Options.
Click the Languages tab, and then click Details under "Text Services and Input Languages". This will give you access to the "Language Bar" tab where you can check your settings.


If you just want to turn off the Language bar right-click the Language bar (icon) on the Taskbar, and then click Close the Language bar.
