I have 3 lims, and each one have digital, analog and DECT extensions. Connected via GS using one PCM link toward each lim.
System is TSW-SP4, HW is in LBP20 (all boards are from earlier HW release, just SW was upgraded from BC 12 to TSW).
System worked flawlessly for 2 years after upgrade and yesterday......
In Lim 3, both type of extensions (EX and KS) have some kind of noise beside normal dial tone. This disturbance is present from the moment I go off hook, and during the conversation. I can make and receive calls normally. Strange thing is that when I try to make a call from DECT extension, all is OK without the noise. Other party (both internal and external) doesn`t hear this noise at all.
Things I`ve tried but no success:
1. TMU-replaced
2. Turned off AC feed (PBX is running on backup batteries)
3. Pulled out extension boards one by one
4. RFEXI
Things I plan to do:
1. Remove ground lead temporary.
2. Change RG5DC, DSU and LSU.
One other thing that appeared at the same time with previous error is in LIM 1 (which is of course I/O lim).
ALLOP shows codes 85 and 62 (INF1 359 - consult an expert ).
DUBDP and DUSYI says - BUFFER TRANSFER ERROR!
GJLOP and GJLSP returns no errors!
LSFTI (full) - all is OK!
HIEDP is filling up with some msgs about HWSW DLINKSTATE and many more. I don`t have these data right now but will post them tomorrow.
Tried to restart NIU2 and finally tried RFEXI, no success!
BLFDP is empty, no other alarms are present beside 85 and 62!
I don`t have an idea what to try anymore and I don`t know yet if these two issues are related.
I will prepare spare boards and brand new NIU2.
I don`t want to hard reset the PBX until I manage to backup existing data to new NIU2, but I`m afraid it would be difficult concerning errors accessing the flash disk.
Comments and suggestions are welcome, tnx in advance!
