I have an IP500v2 @ 9.1.6. They would like to use two moh wav files. The system is in essential mode. The first wav is named HoldMusic and Plays with no issue. The second will not play. I have swapped the files and they both play When put in the primary folder of the SD as HoldMusic. I have gone into tones and music added an alternate wav file WAV:holdmusic2.wav.
Does it matter what I put in the source box?
In SSA it says that the file failed to load. I maid sure that the tftp is turned on in manager and in security settings. Not sure if this matters because I dropped it into the primary folder on the sd.
If anybody has any suggestions I appreciate them .
